Barbara Tucker, cresciuta in una chiesa di Brooklyn ed aiutata ad emergere da Father Jayotis Washington del gruppo The Persuasions, è una delle divas della musica house: vocalist, cantante, coreografa ed anche attrice. Ha vinto addirittura un premio per attori Il T.O.R per vari spettacoli a Broadway, come coreografa ha curato le esibizioni per diversi artisti dance come C&C, Soul System, Jay Williams e Dee-Lite e come cantate ha colaborato con tutti i più grandi nomi firmando dei veri e propri classici: da "Deep Inside" con i MAW, a Danny Tenaglia con Erick Morillo per Jazz it Up, con Blaze per la pluri-premiata "Most Precious Love", con i Pasta Boys, con David Guetta e moltissimi altri (ha lavorato anche con Pet Shop Boys e Wyclef Jean). Oltre a ciò Barbara è co-fondatrice del club di NY The Underground Network ed agenzia di booking che l'ha portata in giro per il mondo con le serate iteneranti, ma ha anche organizzato parties per MTV ed alcuni Dance Awards.
